These terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotes and agreements from Airflows, based in Zwolle.
Airflows builds custom AI software, portals and automations for businesses. Every project is built to the specifications agreed in the quote.
After full payment, the delivered software becomes the property of the client. There is no vendor lock-in. All code is transferred, including source files.
Billing follows the agreements in the quote. Payment term is 14 days from invoice date, unless agreed otherwise.
Airflows is not liable for indirect damages. Liability is capped at the amount paid for the specific engagement.
